Itinerary

Day 1
  • Morning: Arrive in Bengaluru, the capital of Karnataka. After checking into your hotel, start your day with a visit to Bangalore Palace, a stunning Tudor-style palace that offers a glimpse into the royal history of the city.
  • Afternoon: Head to Cubbon Park for a peaceful walk amidst lush greenery, followed by a visit to Vidhana Soudha, an impressive government building. You can also explore the Lalbagh Botanical Garden, known for its vast collection of flora and the Glass House.
  • Evening: Experience the vibrant Bangalore food scene at VV Puram Food Street or try the famous MTR (Mavalli Tiffin Rooms) for traditional South Indian cuisine. Enjoy the city’s nightlife or relax in a local café.
Day 2

Day Trip to Nandi Hills and Bhoga Nandeeshwara Temple

  • Morning: After breakfast, take a scenic drive (about 1.5 hours) to Nandi Hills, a popular hill station. Enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding landscapes and explore the ancient Bhoga Nandeeshwara Temple located at the base of the hill.
  • Afternoon: Visit the Nandi Temple at the hilltop and take in the breathtaking views of the sunrise or sunset (depending on your time of arrival). Optionally, you can hike to the top to witness the serene surroundings. You can also explore Tipu Sultan’s Summer Palace here.

Day 3

Travel to Mysuru (Mysore) and Explore

  • Morning: Check out from your hotel in Bengaluru and take a morning train or drive (3-hour journey) to Mysuru. Start your visit with the iconic Mysore Palace, a stunning example of Indo-Saracenic architecture. Don’t miss the Amba Vilas Palace, the residence of the Wadiyar dynasty.
  • Afternoon: Head to Chamundi Hill to visit the Chamundeshwari Temple, offering stunning views of Mysuru city. On your way back, stop at the Nandi Bull statue carved from a single piece of granite.
  • Evening: Visit the Brindavan Gardens, located about 30 km from the city. Enjoy the musical fountain show, which is a delightful experience in the evening. Return to Mysuru for an overnight stay.
Day 4

Hampi Exploration and Departure
